1.0 - PayPal
The product JR SEO Services (JRSEOServices.com) offers is a digital service which is not covered by PayPal's guarantees. No disputes are allowed against JR SEO Services (JRSEOServices.com) for any reason. If a customer is unhappy about the service received or a payment being made, the customer must contact JR SEO Services (JRSEOServices.com) directly through the contact form or by e-mail to support[at]jrseoservices[dot]com.
1.1 - Link Moderation
All links submitted to the system are reviewed by a moderation team before backlinks are sent to them. The decision of the moderators is final. In the case of a link being rejected, a refund will be offered within 72 hours of the review taking place. Customers can alter their link or website in order to request a re-review of their website to see if it then meets a respectable quality.
1.2 - Rankings
As with any SEO service, an increase in rankings cannot (and is not) guaranteed. JR SEO Services (JRSEOServices.com) sends high quality backlinks to the customer's website with the desired anchor text in order to try and increase Google rankings. The rest is up to Google. It is recommended that customers optimize their site before using this service, such as by creating a large amount of unique content for their website.
1.3 - Support
Our support team aims to respond to queries as soon as possible. The average response time is less than 24 hours. However, it may take longer than this and JR SEO Services (JRSEOServices.com) cannot guarantee a response within this time in peak periods. If a response is needed quickly, the customer should set the ticket to "Urgent" in order to indicate this to the support team.
1.4 - Refunds
Strictly no refunds are available for the SEO service offered by JR SEO Services (JRSEOServices.com) unless a link entered by the customer has been rejected in the review process. All other refund requests will be denied. See term 1.0 for further details on disputes and refunds.
